4. If you see the word "Reserved" beside the item, it means the other buyer has not confirm bank in for us, reservation only up to 2 days.after 2 days if we do not receive any payment,item will be available to other purchaser. Sorry but we want to be fair to all :)

5. All items are BRAND NEW and are all in perfect condition.

6. No refunds or exchanges allowed. Buyers purchase at their own risk.

7. Items are sold at a first come first serve basis.

8. Postage fees via pos laju will be beared by buyer.You may opt for pos express but it is only applicable for one item! Flat rate RM4 for pos express. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

9. Payment mode - via Maybank2u or cash deposit( Maybank account only )

10. 50 % of the deposit is require for order to restock in order to avoid last minute back out. Sorry but we just want to be fair to all.

11. COD only available in Cheras Leisure Mall . Others can be arranged. Mail us!
